Baltic Market Website Design & Build
Client: Baltic Market
Category: Web design & Development
Baltic Market is one of Liverpool’s best-known food and social destinations, located in the heart of the Baltic Triangle. The website needed to reflect the venue’s energy and independence while remaining clear, fast and easy to navigate for a broad audience.
With a mix of traders, events and regular updates, the challenge was to create a structure that felt simple for visitors but flexible enough to grow as the market evolves.
The result is a confident, purpose-built website that balances character with usability.
Clear structure for traders, events and venue information
Mobile-first design optimised for visitors on the move
Fast-loading pages with simple content management
Design rooted in the Baltic Triangle’s industrial identity
We approached the project with a focus on clarity and performance. Navigation and page layouts were designed to help users quickly find what they need, whether they are planning a visit, checking opening times or exploring traders.
The visual design takes cues from the character of the venue itself, keeping the interface bold but restrained so that photography, content and updates remain the focus rather than decoration.
Built as a flexible platform, the website allows Baltic Market to evolve its content over time while maintaining a consistent, recognisable digital presence that supports both visitors and traders.
